Taking Zivolife
- We recommend taking 1 tsp in 12-16 oz of water. We will be adding special 16 oz shaker bottles soon as we have found this to be ideal. Alternatively, mix in a smoothie or protein shake, etc.
- We recommend first first thing on an empty stomach or right after breakfast. Can also be taken any time of day, even at bedtime.
- You can also add to food - sprinkle, mix, blend into everyday dishes to compliment flavors and increase the nutritional value of your diet.
